Job Description:
The Federal Sales Account Executive is
responsible for providing front-line support to ASE Direct’s Rx Division under
the direct supervision of the Vice President of ASE Direct Rx. Primary
functions include managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long term
success, develop positive relationships handle customers’ needs, generating new
sales using existing and potential customer networks.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proposal cost volume and pricing
development.
- Contract
negotiation and contract administration to ensure proper contract
attainment and implementation of contract requirements in accordance with
company policies.
- Support
Subcontracts and Purchasing personnel by providing compliant procurement
processes and ensure appropriate flow down provisions are
identified.
- Identifies, tracks, mitigates, and resolves
risk issues.

Manage
a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.

Develop
positive relationships with clients.

Act
as a point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
·
Generate
new business using existing and potential customer networks.

Resolve
conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
·
Report
on the status of accounts and transactions
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Government
Contract Management.
- Experience
working with FAR, DFARS, Agency regulations, ITAR, etc.
- Experience
in generating and negotiating complex proposals/contracts.
- Experience
with T&M, Fixed Price and Cost Type Contracts.
- Effective
Negotiator.
- Team
Player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project)
- Experience
with rate structures and pricing strategies
- B.S.
/ B.A. Majors: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management,
Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, and/or
Business Law.
Desired Skills:
- Organized and systematic approach to task
management that enables timely closure of actions.
- Ability to work
independently with limited guidance.
