The Customer Service
Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing front-line customer service
and support to employees, managers and sales staff for questions, issues, and
problems related to orders, general customer inquiries and customer escalation.
The ASE Customer Service
Representative will perform administrative, and data/records management
activities in support of sales and customer service functions, including
interpreting customer business reports, onboarding, real time order status
reporting, field service, warranty, returns, etc.
Responsibilities will include:

Provides support within appropriate ASE Division.
·
Assists with processing of customer service requests.
·
Clearly communicates problem symptoms and consults with CSR Tier 2
Supervisor as necessary to aide in resolving customer issues/requests.

Perform transaction processing in support of CSR functions,
including tracking, filing, sending correspondence, etc.
·
Provide Live help on navigating internal resources on self-service
and ASE technology tools.

Perform required tasks per established Key Performance (KPIs)
- Maintaining
accurate and Hubspot CRM account records.
- Contract
administration to ensure proper contract attainment and implementation of
contract requirements in accordance with company policies.
- Support
Subcontracts and Purchasing personnel by providing compliant procurement
processes and ensure appropriate flow down provisions are
identified.
- Identifies, tracks,
mitigates, and resolves risk issues.
Required Skills:
- Team Player with excellent
interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Project)
Desired Skills:
- Organized and systematic approach to task
management that enables timely closure of actions.
- Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
- 1+ years of Customer Service Experience / CRM experience in Hubspot, Salesforce and or other top ranked CRM platform.
- B.S. / B.A. Majors: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, and/or Business Law.
- Experience working with Sales Tax regulations, interest, finance charges, merchant processing etc.
